If something here is wrong, tell us. We fix it and add a note saying what changed and when, rather than editing quietly. Include the page and what you think is wrong, and if you have a source, that helps.

If you're a brand

You can send us products. Two things to know before you do.

Sending something buys coverage of no kind. We write what we find, which sometimes means saying a product did not hold up. If that is a problem, don't send it.

When something arrives free, the article says so, in the article rather than in a footer. The same applies to anything we earn a commission on.

What we can't help with

We are not estheticians, dermatologists or medical professionals. We can't advise on a reaction, a skin condition, or whether a procedure is right for you — those are questions for a doctor, and we'd be guessing.

Response time

This is a small publication. Corrections get answered first, usually within a few days. Everything else may take longer.
